Since 1986, A Place for the Heart was made to be a place where people can come away from the busyness of life and encounter the heart of God. We have expanded our campus over the last few decades to include a lake, garden, courtyard, pickleball court, outdoor dining areas, and more. So much of the discipleship that takes place on this land happens outside. Cultivating beauty on our land so people can rest, spend time with the Lord, and fellowship together is a priority to us.

Over the years, our outdoor furniture has gone through natural wear and tear from being frequently used and exposed to the elements. With your help, we were able to raise $10,000 dollars to empower and equip our Grounds & Maintenance Team to handcraft a beautiful, spacious table in our Garden, featuring high quality Western Red Cedar wood. This table seats to 16 people and is used for small groups, events, one-on-one discipleship, gardening, meetings, and more! We were also able to purchase more outdoor chairs and Adirondack chairs that are used throughout the year. Scroll below to see pictures of our new outdoor furniture that will last for years to come.
